Due to the nature of our products and our production schedule, we are unable to acknowledge refunds/cancellation requests. Please double-check your order before checking out. However, if you have any questions or concerns about an order, please send an email along with your order number to support@zambaskincare.com and we will try our best to get it resolved.

 

Damages and issues

If you received a damaged product or missing an item from your order please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Send an email to support@zambaskincare.com and include 3 clear pictures of the damaged item as well as your order number. Any emails received outside of the 2-day window cannot be acknowledged.
